Accommodation assistance -short term/respite
We aim to provide short term as well as long term and respite accommodation for our
participants and the community at large. Your NDIS approved budget will be used to
cover the cost of care up to 7 days or more depending on the requirements.
Transport/Travel assistance
We offer transport services to a variety of needs. This may include providing transport to a variety of events/concerts, visiting friends, transport for work, accessing indoor/outdoor lifestyles, doctor’s appointment, allied health appointment i.e. physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, pilates, podiatrist, dentist, dietitian e.t.c.
Community nursing

Niawacare provides quality and guaranteed care for our clients to improve their
activities of daily living. We have in our staff two registered nurses who are able to
provide you the best nursing care service you can receive with a touch of professional
ethics and boundaries that best suits your individual needs.
Disability support
services
Our motto Niawacare for all indicates we are welcoming of every individual from all different cultural backgrounds and work of life. We offer a variety of disability services which include activities of daily living, medication administration, community and leisure activity support, respite support services, personal care assistance and overnight care.
Domestic services /
household tasks
We offer our clients the opportunity of maintaining a clean home by supporting our
clients to achieve a clean and comfortable living environment. We assist with cleaning,
maintaining the yards, cooking and shopping where required and is covered by an NDIS
approved budget.
Recreational activities, social and community engagement
We provide our clients with the choice of knowing what is there to do in the community, how to go about accessing it and making sure that they make their own decisions on how they would like to engage in the community.
Specialised support
coordination
Niawacare can assist our clients via a specialized support system that can help to better understand our clients needs, learning difficulties and behaviors which others may find very challenging.
Management of funding for supports in Participants plan
We help to tailor the services that our
clients would need in accordance with the funding that has been provided. We assess
your goals and needs and help to connect you with the right resources and people in
the community.
